Hands on Deck our Open Staff Week 2021 is approaching and this year it will be between the 6^th and 10^th December 2021.

The theme is:

B Well on a Sustainable Environment

Resources and tips for health and wellbeing on and outside campus

In the aftermath of the pandemic, we thought to develop this year an Open Staff Week  to help and guide our partners in another amazing journey while we share our space and time together as a community. Mostly it is directed to people interested in sports, wellness, campus organization, health in general.  That being said, in a way or another touches a little bit every people, academic, technical staff and student unions and associations.

In practical terms we want to help you designing your own wellness program using several dimensions: Mental, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical and Social.

The complete program will follow shortly but for the ones who intend to visit us, we have also a cultural an leisure programme.

Prices for distant attendants: 50€

Prices for incoming staff: including a trip in the region, and two meals  100€

Application will be launched  at the same time of the information leaflet.
