The staff adheres to the professional codes of ethics governing mental health professions, ensuring respect for the dignity, autonomy, and confidentiality of all beneficiaries.
All information collected during sessions or activities is treated with strict confidentiality.
The Center follows strict protocols for handling and storing personal data, fully complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In cases where data is used for research or service improvement, anonymity and informed consent of participants are always ensured.
Regular staff training is conducted on ethics, data security, and the prevention of breaches.
A Data Protection Officer (DPO) is appointed to oversee and ensure the Center’s compliance with data protection regulations.
