The Psychological and Counseling Support Center operates under the supervision of the Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs and Student Welfare, Professor Sofia Schiza.
- Its activities are coordinated by a Scientific Committee, that is responsible for deciding how the Psychological and Counseling Support Center is operated as a whole. This committee is appointed by the University Senate and consists of five (5) members from the Teaching and Research Staff, Laboratory Teaching Staff, or permanent staff specializing in psychiatry, psychology, and social work, serving a two-year term.
- One member of the committee is designated as the Coordinator, also for a two-year term, and must be a faculty member in a relevant field.
