What is this form?

This is an online application form for Erasmus+ incoming students (both for studies and traineeship).

Checklist:

Before completing the online procedure gather your documents (digital files): Photo of yourself, Transcript of Records,
Learning Agreement, ID or Passport.
- The filenames must not contain underscores or blanks (spaces) and they should be short (f.i myphoto.jpg)
- The file size limit is 2MB per file
- It Is safer to upload files from your desk top, not usb media
