The 30th International Conference on Applications of Computer Algebra (ACA 2025) was held in Heraklion, Crete, from July 14 to 18, 2025. Marking three decades of global academic presence, ACA is among the most prominent conferences in its field. This year’s meeting achieved a milestone by welcoming the largest number of participants in its history, bringing together distinguished scholars from more than 30 countries.

The conference was co-organized by faculty members of the Department of Mathematics at the University of Crete, in collaboration with their counterparts at the University of Thessaly, the University of Athens, and the “Society for Research and Practice.” Participants presented original research papers spanning a wide range of topics in the applications of computer algebra.

The active engagement of students was a highlight of the event, as they contributed both to the scientific program and to the organizational support of the conference.
