The Cuban Ambassador’s Visit to the University of Crete
Today, Tuesday, December 19, 2023, the Rector of the University of Crete, Professor Georgios M. Kontakis, met in the Rector’s Office with the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Greece, Aramis Fuente Hernández. The meeting was also attended by the Vice-Rector of Research and Development, Professor Michalis Pavlidis, as well as the representative of the Cuban Embassy in Crete, Mr. Manolis Vrithias.
During the meeting, with great interest, the two sides discussed the exploration of future cooperation in education and research, as well as the possibility of signing memoranda of cooperation between the University of Crete and Cuban universities.
