Bachelor students with their mentor Noni Rizopoulou travelled to Università degli Studi ‘Gabriele d’Annunzio’​ di Chieti to participate in workshops and hand-on activities that aim to equip them with practical tools to manage academic stress, enhance their well-being, and build resilience for long-term success.
