As part of the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the University of Crete and the UNICEF Office in Greece for the creation of a Children’s Rights Center, a speech will be delivered by the Diplomatic Representative of UNICEF in Greece, Dr. Ghassan Khalil, titled “Society that Respects Children’s Rights.”
The event will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 7:30 PM, at the House of Culture, Vernadou 12, Rethymno.
A discussion with the audience will follow.
