On Monday 13 February 2023, UoC welcomed 70
Erasmus students from several Higher Education Institutions worldwide.

The International Relations Department have
organized events in both campuses (Gallos, Rethymno and Voutes, Heraklion) where
the new Erasmus students had the opportunity to be informed about their studies
in UoC, aspects of the university and local community as well as for the activities
of University’s library. Volunteer students of UoC and members of the ESN team had
given an insight of everyday life aspects.

Present in the events were also the Vice-Rector
of Academic Affairs, Lifelong Learning, International Relations and Outlook,
Professor George Kossioris, the Vice-Rector for Finance and Infrastructure,
Professor Konstantinos Spanoudakis, and the Director of Administrative and
Financial Services, Ms.E Kapsalaki.

The staff of the International Relations
Departments wish all the Erasmus+ students of the spring semester 2022-2023, a
pleasant and fruitful stay at the University of Crete.
